To strengthen our software-development team in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and passionate software developer who is keen to join a dynamic and mission-driven startup.
About the Role
As a Senior Software Developer at Correntics you will use your expertise and creativity to shape our climate- & sustainability risk platform and to develop cutting-edge solutions for our clients. You will closely work together with our CTO and two frontend developers to design and implement a quickly evolving analytics framework that allows users to assess a variety of risks in a company’s value chain. Apart from daily development work on our core product, you will also work on the DevOps toolchain, including setting up and managing test and build pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure.
What we are looking for
To accelerate our start-up journey, we are looking for an enthusiastic team member with:
Experience in developing production software (at least 3 years)
Experience in developing Web REST APIs using any framework.
Experience with SQL databases and message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ)
Experience with cloud-based environments & technologies (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus.
Independent, quality conscious working style.
Proficiency in Python and core packages is a plus.
Fluency in English and/or German
